My name is Aoife, I’m a yoga teacher, trained birth doula, pregnancy yoga teacher, and holistic birth enthusiast. I teach a variety of classes, including gentle yoga, power yoga, and pregnancy yoga. Weekly classes and immersive workshops are available in the Dublin area. In pregnancy, I aim to equip you and your birth partner to confidently navigate the journey of pregnancy and birth by providing support and guidance. I also offer postnatal workshops and regular yoga classes suitable for all.
